The IBEE conference in Banff Alberta Canada was an unqualified success in my opinion.  I spent 5 days in that spectacular city, courtesy of the Calgary Construction Association and the IBEE.  I have to say that the scenery could not have been more beautiful, the company could  not have been more congenial, and the meeting more productive.

I got some great feedback from the conference, as well as a super letter from the IBEE.
